My name is Irina, and I live in New England with my beloved husband of almost 11 years and two handsome little boys Edward and Connor. They are my joy and life. I also have a third little person on the way, and I can hardly wait to meet her/him. I was born in Russia and grew up there. When I was 18, I came to the United States as part of a very competitive foreign study program, met the love of my life here, and the rest is history.
I love being a mommy to my sweet boys, and I write about the joys and challenges of motherhood here in my blog. I enjoy reading a wide variety of books, especially those focusing on biblical womanhood, raising strongly Christian children, and becoming more Christ-like in my own life. I also like couponing and saving money for my family, so there are a lot of posts related to that here. My interests are diverse, so I tend to write about whatever happens to pop into my head, from gardening, healthy living, and frugality to scrapbooking, menu planning, and tea parties. I have another public blog showcasing some of my photography here. I like decorating, organizing, and as of past year, homeschooling my sweet boys.
